At Football Now, we’re on a mission to get women back into sport — without the pressure, politics or performance expectations.

We run fun, friendly and inclusive social football leagues across the UK, designed for women who want to move their bodies, meet new people and rebuild their confidence.

Most of our players haven’t kicked a football in years. Some haven’t played since school. Many arrive feeling nervous.

 

They leave feeling stronger, supported and part of something.

Football Now isn’t about elite competition. It’s about community. It’s about laughing through mistakes, learning as you go and finishing your evening feeling proud you showed up.

We support players as they get back into the game, mix abilities across teams and create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable — whether you’re a complete beginner or played years ago.
