I haven’t played footall in years — will I be good enough?
Yes! Most of our players haven’t played since school. Our leagues are designed for returners and mixed abilities. We guide you through positions as you play and keep everything supportive and friendly.
Do I need a full team to join?
No 😊
You can sign up as an individual and we’ll place you into a team. This is actually how most of our players join!
What ability level is it?
We’re a social league, not a competitive performance league. Abilities are mixed, and the focus is on fun, fitness and community rather than winning at all costs.
How much does it cost?
Membership is typically £30 per month depending on location. This covers your weekly game, league organisation and umpire fees.
(Some locations also offer a £5 trial session.)
How long are the games?
Each match is 40 minutes long 2 halves of 20 minutes
What do I need to bring?
Just comfortable sportswear and trainers suitable for outdoor pitches (depending on venue). Bibs and equipment are provided.
Is it very competitive?
No. We are proudly social. Of course everyone enjoys a good game, but the atmosphere is supportive, welcoming and fun.
